ABOUT INLINE HEALTH

Hi my names Alison Newsome and I offer Sports and Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Yoga and Pilates 1:1’s to help people recover from their injuries but also train their bodies to prevent injury in the first place.  Inline Health is a small but long standing business that has been helping people with their injuries since 2006.  

It started off at The Sweatshop Running Store, Maidstone helping a lot of runners along with office workers, triathletes, dancers and so many more people. Then when The Sweatshop closed down it moved to Turkey Mill in Maidstone, which was a lovely location and we had a great team of therapists.  

Since then I have had two children and now that I have a family I wanted to work from home and so created a lovely purpose built garden clinic that overlooks the orchards in Loose.
